18x9.5 or 18x8.5 front wheels
The attached picture has 18x9.5 wheels with a +22 offset with 18 - 255/40 tires. I think the tire comes out a little further than I prefer.
If a prefer to have the front tire pulled in further, then I would need 18x8.5 wheel with a 245/40 tire and maybe a +25 offset vs. a +22 offest?

More info, the rear has 18x9.5 with 275/40 tires. The fronts are 18x9.5 with 255/40 tires. Both wheels hava a +22 offset. It looks like the front tires stick out just slightly oustide the front wheel fender. Thus, I'm wondering if a 18x8.5 with a +25 offset and a 245/40 tire would be better suited to align better with the front fender or be slightly to the inside.

+22 vs. +25 offset for the Front
I went for a set of Varrstoen 18x9.5 +22 offset for the front and rear. I like the +22 offset for the rear, but I think I should have gone with a 18x8.5 +25 offset for the front. The 18x9.5 +22 offset makes the wheel edge / outside lip to be 1/8 inch beyond the front fender.
