Can i run the OEM tires and wheels from a 350z that uses 17 inches wheels and tires on a 2003 touring that originally runs on 18's. Iwould only do this while i use Bridgestone Blizzaks during the winter. please let me know if it's possible or if there is any consequences with the vehicle stability control.

My friend used my stock 17" for a weekend while his 18" were getting powder coated. He had no problem at all.
