Default Tire size opinion

I am currently running the following setup:

Fronts: 18x8.5 +35 255/35/18
Rears: 18x9.5 +40 275/35/18
Stock suspension
Wheels came with the car when I bought it, and the tires are Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta's. I don't like how the tires have a much smaller diameter then stock (~3% smaller) and the weak offsets (I don't like the wheels themselves either)

I would like to buy some wheels with more aggressive offsets, like the following:

Fronts: 18x9.5 +12
Rears: 18x10.5 +15

I would also like to get larger overall diameter tires and will eventually get some springs for a 1" drop. I love how the Vredestein's perform, so I want to keep them. However, the 18" selection isn't great. Here is what I thought would work based on their selection:

Fronts: 275/35/18
Rears: 295/35/18

I read that the Vredestein's are generally narrower then most other tires, so I feel these would fit ok without needing a lot of negative camber, but I would like to get a second opinion. Please let me know if you think my desired tire and wheel sizes will fit. FYI...I don't mind if I have to roll my fenders. Thanks

what if I got +22 offsets for both front and rear? Would I still need that much camber?

Nope, than you could run OEM specs.
