Okay, so here is my plan. Rota Torques 18x9.5, spacers and springs. which spacers are the best that include the extended studs built in and will make a 9.5 wheel be the most flush? 10mm? 15mm? I'm not real sure about this. Sorry for askin guys. another question, with the spacers you refer to me, what springs will lower it the right amount? Thanks, and any real feedback is appreciated.
Put the wheels tires on the car. Measure the distance between the edge of the tire and fender. How far do you want to move the tire? 10mm? 20mm? 30mm? There you go.
Oh really? Why if you don't mind asking? I'm not educated much in car stuff. Lol trying to learn more.
Do you want your studs pressed into a thin aluminum hub or thicker aluminum hub, the thinner the spacer the thinner the area is for the studs. Especially when your moving the wheel out, adding more leverage. This is a 3300 pound car sitting on reasonably wide rubber we are dealing with here.
Just want to be the voice of reason here. 18x9.5 Rota's are slightly over $1k then your going to pay another $200 or more for spacers, probably a 5mm or 10mm up front and 10 to 15mm for the rear cause the lowest offset available is +20. For the same $$$ you can get RPF1's in 9.5 +15 front and 10.5 +15 rear and need no spacers and have better wheels.
