Default What size tire will give the beSt handling with 10.5x18

Ok so I'm runnig 10.5x18 in the rear and I'm Looking to switch over to toyo proxes r888. For future track days. My current tire is nitto nt05 with 295/35/18
But the proxes r888 don't come in that size the closest iv seen are
295/30/18 which in my mind he runniing to low of a profile for the track
or 305/35/18 which idk if that would fit the 10.5 rears and if it did would it work well for the track

Ok I'll phrase it a different way what would work better as a track tire size for a 10.5 rear tire. 295/30/18 or 305/35/18
will the 305/35/18 fit?

275/40-18 will be great, and yes they offer them. 275/35 front also.

285/30 front and 295/30 rear would also work great,

Any idea if the 305/35/18 will fit?
I'm just not a fan of running that low a profile 30's would look a little low

Yes it will fit, but these are RACE tires, who freaking cares about the looks (unless you just go to the track to pose)

Also do you have the proper springs to run these, if you don't have a 14kg spring up front i wouldnt bother and just stick to NT05's

Why do you need those particular springs to run those tires?

Yes, that is the tire size I would recommend, but you'll more than likely need rolled or cut fenders.

You really don't need them unless you want the can to handle properly.

You should be able to do the 305's in the rear just fine on your NT03's, just remove any spacer you have and you may need a slight roll.

You coming out and running the HPDE at Cal Speedway in two weeks?

285/30/18 x 4. You don't have the offset for anything much larger. 305/35 is WAY too tall and requires a much higher offset.

Don't be ridiculous.....a 195/25/18 is what he is looking for per the "hellaflush hand book".
