I'm looking to replace my tires soon & was wondering if I will run into any issues doing the following:

Current setup:

Front: 245/35/19x8.5 +15
Rear: 275/35/19x9.5 +15

New (proposed) setup:

Front: 245/40/19x8.5 +15
Rear: 275/40/19x9.5 +15

Basically my current fronts have taken a beating on the lovely roads of Atlanta & I'm hoping to get a bit more sidewall to deal with them. Will I run into any issues running the proposed setup? I love the 35mm setup, but I cringe everytime I hit a pothole (which we have a ton of here in ATL).

 

Actual speed 100.0 MPH. Speedometer will read 96.4 MPH. This is not acceptable.

 

What part of your setup is the 35mm?
