Default Will I need longer wheel studs?

I currently have a set of Advan with +15 offset in the rear and +25 up front. I want to put a 5mm slip-on spacer on the rear and 10mm on the front. Will I need longer studs or should the OEM studs have enough length?

With 5mm they will hold with out longer studs but i would defiantly reccomend getting longer studs. For the 10mm if you get a name brand they should come with longer studs or be built into the spacer. Make sure to get hub centric spacers!

Order from ichiba, both the 5mm and 10mm will come with the proper studs. Now just buying the proper ARP extended studs will let you run any spacer up to 20mm in the future, and stronger than stock.

Here is a NHRA rule that will help:

Wheel studs must be threaded into hex portion of lug nut a distance at least equal to the diameter of the stud.

NOTE: That said be smart about stud length. Drag racing is a controlled sport. You make one run, check safety, then run again. Not so at 70 MPH on the highway.

you should be fine but it wouldn't hurt to get them. check to make sure they're in good condition and don't need immediate replacement.

The last two posts made me question if you understood. The spacers can come with or without built-in studs. If you get the ones withOUT the built-in studs, you can NOT use a 10mm spacer on the stock studs.

Yes I understand. If I were to use the spacers without the studs I'll need longer studs, if I use the spacers with the studs I will need a wheel with the cut-outs to fit the studs. Thank you.
