Thanks guys. I'll let you know how it looks and post some pics. I need to get tires to fit but no money. Found a guy on here, gruppe-s or something like that. Has some good deals lol. Are those sizes, 245/40 f and 275/40 r good for that size wheels?

Well I'm lowering about 1.2 inches, and I kinda just want it to be dropped and flush.

Then you really don't want 35 series tires, they add fender gap do to the fact they are too short for the car.

What's the proper size 18x9.5 18x10.5 rims that won't interfere? I see people running all kind of crazy sizes, but no mention of Vdc issues?

on my old set up i ran 265-35 and 285-35 combo. no problems at all.

I am looking for a tire setup for my new rims. 18x9.5 +20(looking for 20-25mm spacer for the rear). I thinking 265 all four.
'
OP the 40 series will be good if you don't go any lower. I love the Kai's +12 all four

I was thinking of going with 40 series. Id rather the 35, but i won't be doing an extreme suspension I don't think.

Depends on offset, my street setup is 18x9.5 +15 front with 255/40-18 (had 245/40-18 for the past year) and 18x10.5 +10 with 275/40-18 , and my current track setup is 18x9.5 +15 275/35 front and 18x10.5 with 275/40. I can also run 285/35 rears or (if my class allowed) 295/35 rears.

I am a huge fan of non staggered or changing to only a 10mm stagger, but i feel the car handles so much better when you keep the stagger in tire height from front to back. I would never recomend running 275 or 265/35 all around

With the above sizing and +15 offsets what tires should I run? 245/40/18 front and 275/40/18 rear? Will that avoid vdc issues?

No problems with VDC and you could run a 255/40 up front if you want.

I wouldnt do a 285 on a 9.5, but you do know you can easily run a 255 front with a 275 rear. You car will actually handle better too.

9.5 inches is 241.2mm.
Tire tread is 245mm.
This will work.

I've run both, and right now i have 255/40-18 front and 275/40-18 rear. Front is sitting at +15 , 1 inch drop and -1.7 camber with a slight pull.
