Default VOLK Te37 lip?
Do the te37's come with lipps... im thinkin of getting some 19's... but I think it would look awsome if the back were deep dished...

Yes.

Checkout the wheel gallery under Volk. You will see quite a few TE37s with lips on the rears. Offsets are posted there too. goodluck!
