yours:
Front: 18X9.5 +12 with 255/40/18
Rear: 18x10.5 +15 with 275/40/18

Mine(Invo):
Front: 18X9.5 +25 with 255/40/18 (will be running 275/35 soon)
Rear: 18x9.5 +10 with 275/40/18
Running on Tein SuperStreet

Got my rear fenders rolled in really tight.

The Invo's have massive sidewalls compared to other brands. Mine never rubs. I got my rear camber settings @ around -2.xx low.

What camber are you running up front? I am actually rubbing a little up front also with -1.5 degrees of camber with the factory fender roll. I only thought the rears were rubbing, but now some of the noises must have been coming from the front as well and I just didn't realize it. I'm considering pulling out the screws holding the liner in and rolling the fender over the liner to hold it in.

Your rears are a lot different then mine since I am running a 10.5 vs your 9.5. Even though you have a smaller offset there is still a 20 mm difference between the two. Thanks for the help though. My rear roll is close to the factory roll up front, but I will just roll them as tight as possible now and see if that helps.

 

+12 up front, you need a 245/40 up there, or pull the screw out , cut it down , roll the fender lip a little more, and pull the fender a bit.

Or you could just add some front camber, nit much of a difference between -1.5 and -1.8 but will help keep you from rubbing

In hindsight I should have bought 245s instead of 255s for the fronts, I see that now. I don't have any front camber adjustment, and I would rather sell the tires and buy 245s then spend $500 on a front camber kit, as my setup wouldn't require one if i had the right tire size. I'll try what you recommended minus pulling the fenders and see if that helps any before I buy new tires. Thanks

 

At +15 up front I barely get away with my 255's. My fronts are also pulled around 5mm by hand.
