Default Stock Wheel Opinions

I'm just curious what you guys think. I am getting my wheels powder-coated until I either decided to spring for the real deal, or I just get sick of them, but I have two options to choose from. I have a stock 03 with the basic 5 spoke wheels 18" since I have the performance model, but my friend who is selling her Z has the 05 7 spoke wheels with the little debits in them, but hers are only 17".

So my question is given the choice what would you guys choose. Both sets are basically perfect condition, and she is going to trade me straight across if I decide I want them. The thing is that I really just don't want to downgrade in size. I would trade in a second if they were the same size.

^point made. I don't want to downgrade, but I do honestly like the looks of the 7 spoke when they are power-coated a little bit more. It makes them look more like legit wheels. With mine you know right away that they are just powder-coated stock rims. Maybe I'll look on cragslist to see if I can find some 18" in the 7 or 5 spoke.

Keep your 18's , put no money into them, save for the wheels you want.

Guys that just isn't me. It isn't bc I don't think those wheels are awesome (bc I do), it's bc I would never be able to justify spending 2-4k on wheels alone when I could ALWAYS save/spend that money on better reasons.

I'm also getting them powder-coated bc I know a guy with a shop and he is going to do them for 200 even!
