Default New used rims in with some minor issues!!

got myself a set of used Volk GT-N rims for my supra and picked them up today.everything looks ok so far but these are some "issues" i´m a little bit worried about. is this "normal"/ok?? this is my second set of Volks and since the first one was bought brand new i didn´t had these issues with my first set.
here you see the spots i mean ( yellow marked).

there´re also some terrible left overs from the tires i guess.....should i get rid off them or is there no problem by leaving these spots.

Looks like everything you circled is related to tire mounting.

The inside of the wheel may seem trivial but it is not. I have seen wheels with flaking inside. The tire will not seal properly and will not hold pressure.

That is normal for used rims. That is corrosion. When I get tires in the shop that won't hold air they sometimes can be leaking around the rim because of this. No problem though, just take a die grinder and buzz that sh*t off. But from those pictures they don't look too bad and will probably hold air. I've seen some bad ones, those aren't too bad.
