beutiful topics II, im lovin those HIDs--thats not oem is it?

ive reconsidered the gram lights 57f pros --- although any idea how much they weigh?

as of now, its either the TCIIs (wondering how much they weigh too), SSR Type Cs, or the gram lights...hmmm

I think they weight 22lbs? I know they are pretty much the lightest 2 piece wheel available. They rocked on my car and i dont wanna sell them, but i got sponsered by dazz, so i gotta get rid of them to help pay for my new motor!!!

pic of the side, and yes they are stock hid's

is that 18x7.5, wonder how much the wider ones weigh---how did you find that out>? Pretty impressive though, now just for the price...

ive also heard that those ssr type-cs have a tendency to be easily damaged (must be one of those crappy forging techniques)...so does this leave me with the TCII since they use core cavity forging and the Gramlights 57F Pro?

Oh yeah, anyone know the weights on the Track Rays, wheelweights.net doesnt seem to have any of the wheels I care for.

topicsII, you gotta give me some tips on how to get those sponsors!

Also have you considered the Ro_Ja Formula 5's. They are a nice forged rim.

The 18x8 fronts are 19lbs

The 18x9 rear are 20lbs.

They come in Bronze, Silver, and gunmetal.

Heres a pic of them on my car.

Haha, don't be like my girlfriend... last night, we went to no less than nine different stores, trying to find a pair of black pants, and came back with bagel. I was so pissed, 3 hours of my life, gone forever.

Seriously though, you'll find almost every wheel looks twice as good in person as in pictures, so don't be so finicky that you end up not getting anything. If you're looking for a really good lightweight wheel, try the SSR GT2. Don't buy into the Type C rumors either.

BTW Topics, your car is still a Monster

hey topics II.....
are those 18s? if so, 18 x ?.......
they look really sharp.

and VQ...
how easily can u find those advans? are they an arm and a leg? cause it would really suck if u bent a rim, and had a hell of a time trying to find a replacement. that's y i'll stay away from the rare, hard to find rims. i got screwed like that before.
its funny cause i'm in the same dilema u r in. i'm leaning towards the gram lights though.

here is the link to it.

http://www.yokohamatire.jp/yrc/japan...modelT7_GG.jsp

in option mag there is a great 2 page ad with a profile shot of this car

I just noticed that you have to go through the top page to see these pictures, go to

http://www.yokohamatire.jp/yrc/japan/

then select the second item on the left and it will bring up the wheels. Select Model T7, then click "Matching Image" to bring this one up.

RCII's are an awesome wheel as well - very strong and lightweight, but again, not forged (no Advan wheels are forged).

Let me know if you would like a quote....just PM us
