My buddy bought a set of Varianza's from them and he waited the same amount of time.
Work doesn't ship the wheels...the 2 importers do...From there the logistics also delay... Its cheaper for a larger container vs smaller container...

Cool Story; but it was made from parts present in the barrel;
There's factual proof online for those that search with google using quotes on work wheel delays on certain designs. Many people now avoid getting VSXX's due to the delays and even the Varianza's (Some people on VIPstyleCar are going 4 months now) without their Varianzas and for the record none of the Varianza's were ordered from Rick or Status....
I think they are giving out false information.

Most Varianza / Gnosis / Schwert series wheels with standard color are instock in Japan. Meaning they can be built and ready to ship within 2 weeks from ordering time.

Custom color might take 1.5 months longer but not 4 months.

What happen with VIP Status and Rick is a totally different story.

Yes, VSXX custom color like burning black, chrome will be longer, but not 7,8,9, 10 months wait. 4 to 6 months MAX.

We have been delivering our Varianza, Gnosis wheels with standard finish within 8 to 10 weeks time.

Like the wheels for OP here, he ordered them with custom offset, but he pick the standard finish.

We were able to tell him exactly what material are in stock in Japan and he paid the extra money for air freight to come in at the time he needed to be here.

Good luck to all who are still waiting for their wheels. Just be persistent and keep demanding an update from your vendor. Information are always available, it's whether or not they want to give it out.

Mark.

So one batch of wheels could delay a whole settlement
