Default varrsteon wheel question

thinking about gettin a set 18x9.5+12 and 18x10.5+15 with those sizes and offsets could i run them on stock tires and would i need to roll fenders? also my car isnt lowered as of now

Physically, you can. They would be stretched and probably look odd at stock height. More appropriate tire sizes would be 245/40 front and 275/40 rear. Either way, with a 10.5+15 in the rear, plan to roll your fenders at some point.

With the set-up that you described, you Z is going to look retarded, no questions about it. As AdvanZ33 said, the common set-up for a 9.5 F 10.5 R is 245/40 Front 275/40 Rear. At that point it would be OK at stock height.

10.5 +15 at the rear, you WILL have to roll your fenders sooner or later, better soon. Fork up the money to get the proper set-up. Pay to play.
