Default SSR GT3... 3 piece rims..outer rim torque specs?

I am going to be taking apart my SSR GT3's to have the center rim pieces refinished. They are 3 piece rims and I was wondering if anyone knows what the torque specs are on the center pieces of the rims (outer rim bolts)? SSR will not tell me and I want to get them done.

Any help?

I had the same problem with my wheels (Volk-Reys). They told me to ship the wheels to them rather than giving me the torque specs. I just used my common sense to put them back together and used thread lock on the bolts just to make sure they will not come apart. Proud to state that it's been couple of years and no problem.

Common sense is good. You can judge torque by the size and number of bolts. Figure 12 bolts 10 foot pounds each is a total of 120 foot pounds. The wheel is not coming apart.

True...I guess I could look up the specs on the bolts. I plan to powder coat the inner rims to match my ZR...Daytona Blue. Going to send out the barrels out to get polished and trued up. I think one of them has a slight bend since i keep loosing air in the one tire and have tried several times to seal it off. One of my rear rims has a bit of curb rash so gotta get that fixed as well.

Will post pics when finished.

Anyone recommend any places to have my barrels done?

Looking to have all 4 polished
1 rim curb rash repair
1 rim re-trued

Thanks!

Do you have a torque wrench? Start at a low torque and go from there until when you try to torque the wrench it just about turns the bolt. But like you said, blue loctite wouldn't be bad. I wouldn't use too much.
