ok so got some ichiba 25mm spacers, now they are installed. car definetly feels like its loss power. what is everyone talking about with extended studs? my kit came with new studs on spacer, i slipped them over my oem studs bolted those down with the tiny lug nuts supplied, then applied hub ring and spacer, wheel and tightened. so i guess my question is should the oem studs be removed and replaced with longer? how would my rim clear with the studs hanging out of the front of the spacer?
you install spacers and feel like you lost power???

Promise you that you didnt lose power but if you want to take into account the extra 10 pounds that you put on the car then it probably made it significantly slower and you should turbo it to gain your speed back...

its just time for jwt cams
Still...the extra weight wont cause it to feel sluggish...not nearly enough to notice...id have it checked out
Putting spacers on a car is just like adding heavier wheels. It increases the rotational inertia and that slows acceleration. I doubt you'd feel it but I guess it's possible if you added 10lbs to each wheel. It will certainly affect handling and ride quality as you have added significant unsprung weight.

have the 25mm ichiba v2 over the stock OEM studs and no problems at all.
no vibrations but still took off wheels and retighten/double checked everything 1 week after first time installed and no feeling sluggish in any gear.

seems like everyone is making this complicated....
*you do not need to buy extended studs with your spacers.
*you did not loose power.
*your wheels WILL fit because if you look at the back of your rim there are hollow areas there.
there.

all four spacers weigh 9lbs not 10lbs each.. i havent gone 100mph yet so i havent experienced the shaking, i did take the car out today and say its not as sluggish as i think. i got some other issues with wheel bearings right now to take care of. i am using stock studs, the ichiba slips over them and has its own studs, why would i need extended? they fit perfect, one guy said rid the spacers and problem solved, well yea then i have a dropped 350z with wheels tucked in, looks stupid and unfinished.
ah oh..... you guys know whats coming.....
