Online wheels?
not all the time online is a smart way to do it... example if you buy an item from an online retailer and something is wrong with the item the moment you receive it. The online retailer can disappear on you... or just tells you to go complain to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will tell you to talk to the retailer you bought it from. Then you'd have to ship back and forth blah blah... as much as possible I'd buy from certified dealer and at an actual location.

d. email notification such as “We have had a recent price increase.” Cancel your order immediately.
e. Telephone changes AFTER your place your order. Be smart. Order in WRITING. Do not change your order.
