If you want to stretch the tires and slam the car... I wonder what thread you should go to in the tire section
?
Read through the aggressive wheels and stretched tire thread and figure out what offsets you should get, its easy compare the pictures to what look you would like to accomplish. 20 offset is not going to be very aggressive at all if your going to slam the car.

I would buy the tires you want to run first and run at the desired height. Once the height is to your liking, measure how far you want to extend the wheels and go from there.
To be poked, you should run 20mm-25mm spacers on the 9.5 and at least a 25mm spacer on the 10" wheel (assuming it is on the rear).
This all depends of course on your tire size, ride height, wheel size, and willingness to roll/pull your fenders.

if you find a setup
18x9.5 +0 offset
think it should give you rough idea on how it would be if you added a 20mm spacer to the 18x9.5 +20
same concept for the 18x10 +20
i'm just guess though

it will all depend on
tire size
alignment
drop
"flush" (relative term) doesn't exist based on the wheel alone - the above are equally important, and without those specifics, it's impossible to say. Your best bet is to drop the car as you want it, install the tires as you want it, and measure from there how much distance it will take to achieve whatever look you're going for
