I'm going to have to disagree with all the previous posters. You will have to roll the rears.
I'm running 10½" +22 with 285/35 on he rear and had to roll them because of scraping. You're talking about a wheel that is ½" wider, minimal difference in offset and tires that are 20mm wider. Split the difference on the inside and outside and you're looking at a setup that sticks out another 0.6" more than mine - it will definitely rub. Probably even on minor bumps and dips in the road.

so theres basically no way to make this set-up work, look right and have the tires tucked under the wells like they should be ? ( sorry im kinda new to the whole tire and rim thing, engines are my spec.)

They will work, but you will need a roll in the rear. Also the proper front tire size is 255/35-19 or if you want the car to handle properly a 275/30-19 will also fit up front.
