Does anyone know what brand and model of wheel these are? I really like them a lot and would like to buy some. thanks

I'm not sure what wheel your talking about. With out a description or picture of said wheel you won't get much help.

Forgestar F05. They aren't offered on their website so they are probably discontinued.

correct.. they are forgestars.
edit--just saw advans post up top..
F05s... and they are being clearanced and discontinued.. same pricing as the f10 and f14.. jsut bought a set of f14.. hope that helps. they are not not true multipiece but are very well made.
