Default Ordered my wheels! Axis Se7en Mods!

Ordered 20x10 rear, 20x9 front with Toyo Proxes T1-S 245 front/275 rear, $2400 mounted/balanced/shipped!

Got them from www.wheelsboutique.com ! I talked to Ben @ ext. 201, he rocked!

I'll post pics as soon as I get them, probably won't be till next week.

wow, cant wait for d'em pics! although why did you bother getting Toyo Proxes. With those huge *****, you might as well go with Kumhos or somthing. No use in trying get any performance out of those suckers.

did you have to roll the fenders?

Why did the first reply have to be you? lol!

Yeah I'm not going to get any performance out of 20's because their so much bigger than 19's omg!

275/30-20:
--sidewall (mm) = 82.5
--diameter (mm) = 673.0
--circumf. (mm) = 2114.3
275/30-19:
--sidewall (mm) = 82.5
--diameter (mm) = 647.6
--circumf. (mm) = 2034.5
(3.77)% difference in circumference.

Holy jesus it's 26mm larger in circumference! That's so huge! No performance for me!

Just so you know, the stock 17's w/ tires weigh about 56lbs ea (do a forum search), in bdiddy's post (who has the Axis wheels, well had till he sold his Z), his 20x10 rear with a 275/30 on it was 59lbs. OMG, it's so horrible!!

** And actually that was with the Bridgestone S0-3's at 31lbs claimed weight. I got the Toyo Proxes T1-S's with a claimed weight of 26.7 for the same tire, so it's actually lighter than stock!

No, don't have to roll the fenders. The wheelwells are enormous on the Z.

Too bad you have so much hate for the wheels, I think they look great on the Z:

jeffrey, let us know how the Se7ens fit. Will you need to add spacers and/or drop/lower your ride?

I bought my wheels from Eastcoast Autosport IMO they look every bit as good as Volk's at almost half the cost.

i love them bro,

can't complain about them one bit, they look great and axis is great quality. Plus the finish is a black chrome with a polished lip. can't ask for much more.

like you said, they look just as good as ray's at half the price.

but i'm kinda bothered that you got them, i was hoping i would be the only one.

lol

just playing brotha

i like to pioneer ideas.

vortech comming this march.

i would guess you would have to roll the fenders if the car was dropped, right?

I think there's someone that's got 20's and did a 1" drop without need to roll the fenders. I don't remember who...

Yikes, I don't think I'd go that low. Be too much of a chore with the roads and curbs around here.
