Haters' are gonna hate.
i have 245/35 on right now. so there isn't much difference in overall diamteter

are you going to get the rims re-painted?
if i decided to keep em for long, then yeh.
It's actually grey instead of gloss black.
If i go 215/40 then i won't be able to lower my car even little.
If i go 225/35 then my car drops .5" due to decreasing in overall diameter. Won't get the stretch i want
if i go 215/35 then my car drops .8" due to the diamter. i'll get the stretch i want. There's a chance that sidewal may not touch the fender.. Won't be able to drive around easily lol. Since 215 will be stretched, would the overall diameter be a lot smaller?
i drove around with the front bumper very close to the ground for a few days. it's fun scraping but not fun getting stuck rofl

but i guess everyone has their own guage on what a lot of stretch is vs not.
tire brand might make play a part on the appearance of how much stretch as well.
my setup:
Falken fk452
225/35/19 on 9" up front and
245/35/19 on 10" out back
do you have a close up pic of the front stretch?
thanks for da pic

yeah the 225/35 on a 9 is mild. I am planning to change to 215 for the front and 235 for the 10" out back.

that 215/40 you posted I looks to be on a wider wheel than 9" I would guess easily a 10" or even 10.5"

FAIL , mounting tires that are skinnier than stock is lame unless your building a bouncing lowrider POS car. Sportcars get wider, at least stock width would be a push.

452 is OK , i ran them for a while. I would suggest the V12 , other will suggest 452 over the V12. Either way, its on OK street tire, but handling doesn't seem to be important with your wheel/tire/suspension setup anyhow so it doesn't matter.

yes it's going to be a POS car for DD. I don't need to show off that it's a sports car by cutting ppl off on the freeway.
I'll take it to the track w extra set of wheels

i got my hankook v12 215/35 installed. f**king sick stretch. my front bumper is freaking close toto the ground now. Still the fender is little high to touch the sidewal...
i put 25mm spacer so it's at +1mm offset. Think i need another 25mm haha
know anyone who has like 45mm spacer?

my final set up, everything installed, 215/35/19 front and 245/35/19.
Achilles ATR rear stretches really nicely.
