I'm curious about this too... making me nervous about the sizes I just ordered.

There is a very lengthy discussion on the comparison of
19x10.5" +12 and +22's somewhere in the forum. I believe
that the distinction lies in the hub displacement (size).

There should be 10mm more material on the +12.

That said, +22 is just not going to look great comparatively.
+12 just fills the well better in the rear IMO.

and.... WHY ARE YOU GUYS ORDERING WHEELS AND NOT
ASKING QUESTIONS FIRST??? You only get one chance to
do it right as these ****ers are expensive. Many of us have
been/there done that already.

^ I don't think the setup is bad, and definitely does not seem bad enough to make a fuss about 10mm differences in offset.

Thanks for supporting VOLK/RAYS and Vivid Racing! I'm glad you're happy with the purchase.

These do look a lot better with the stickers on, and of course the drop will help once yoyu get your coilovers. As far as the posts about the offset, it's only 10mm. Nothing a spacer can't fix. What matters is that the OP is happy about his purchase.

Considering my personal experience with spacers I am surprised anyone
that has any experience would think that they're appropriate to recommend
after spending $3-4k on wheels.

If you can get it right without spacers, that's how it's done.

On that note, my 2 cents has clearly been given.

Sorry for thread jacking but I'm running 10.5 +7 Upfront with a 255/35 with no problem. They do fit with tweaking here and there

OP wheels look good, lower it some and car is gonna look sweet

Well, I'm not that great with offsets, but I ordered a set of superlaps for my Z. All I asked was for a wheel that fit well. Not going for HellaFlush or anything like htat, but was trying to square it up.

Was told by the shop I'm ordering from that +22 all around would be the best choice for me, since I'm lowered.

They suggested the following:

19x9.5 +22 front
19x10.5 +22 rear

Ok, so how bad did I do?

I figured I couldn't go wrong by asking the shop... right? lol Guess that was a mistake.

So if I go with +12 in the rear, that would fix everything?

I'd suggest 19x10.5" +22 front and 19x11 +23 rear all if you're stuck on 19"

or 18x11"+18 rear & 18x10"+20 front as I personally would select.

I reviewed the te37sl sizing list for you from rays. It really irks me anyone
would suggest anything else for a Z. It basically demonstrates they
know nothing.
