call a tire shop and ask what tires come with optional white lettering in the size you want, but i like the do it yourself idea too.
a lot of tire companies produce their tires with white lettering on one side and black on the other. bfgoodrich is one. hoosier etc. i run the white letters on the outside on the 73 Z28. i think its a cool look.

If you're a track car who is tire-sponsored it makes sense to me to have the lettering. Lettering on a street car would look a tad funny.

That actually looks pretty good, a little of overspray but not bad, for some reason I thought wouldn't look very good doing that. I did contemplate spraying them but decided not to. Now where to get stencils, or how to make good ones?
