So i am out in the garage installing my s-tune.
I jack up the rear and begin by trying to take off the right rear tire and then I go on to try and remove the shock to start the switch.
Would'nt you know it, the first bolt i start to unscrew snaps off in the middle. It is one of the top bolts that hold the shock up in the top. So I take off the rear strut bar cover to get at it from the top and the whole thing is covered over in metal!
how can I get to the top side of the shock to pull out that bolt to insert a new one?
And then i start to remove the other one, guess what, the nut strips to $hit on the first turn so i am not sure if that one will come out either!
CAN ANYONE HELP ME, FAST?
THANKS

I hate to say this, but I think you're going to have to take it to the shop. If I remember correctly, the bolt is part of the sheet metal there, and no, there's no way to access it from above. I made a thread a few months back about how crappy the Nissan metallurgy was, as the nuts and bolts strip VERY easily (especially those 12mm nuts you stripped). Lesson to be learned here: ALWAYS use a 6 point socket. Good luck.
