Default Will my new wheels rub?

Just bought some Ruff racing 20's and they are wrapped with 275/40/20 tires all around. I need to know if they will rub at all, my car is not lowered.

Offsets are the only way of knowing the answer to your question.

We need to know the offsets and the width of the rim itself. My tires are stretched so the fit perfectly under the fender.

I paid $500 for (4) 20 inch ruff racing wheels in nearly perfect condition. They included 4 hankook tires 275/40/20 for free.

If anything I can buy a new set of tires for my wheels, so I don't need people telling me that I "fail".

I need to measure everything when I get home but I just wanted to know if it was possible with the right offset for these wheels to fit on my car with the current tires they have on.

Shouldn't you have asked if they would fit BEFORE buying them?

Even without knowing the offset, I'm gonna guess you're gonna have fitment problems. The OD of those tires is 2" larger than the OEM rears, almost 2¾" larger than the fronts. Besides the fitment problem, that's throwing the odo/speedo off something awful.

Just sell them to someone with an FX35, 20's belong on an SUV. Yours especially, they even have the proper SUV size tires on them.

The wheels fit fine which is what I was originally buying. They just included a free set of tires and if they rub then I'll just replace them. But I was curious if it was possible with any offset for them to not rub or if they are just too big.

the only way to know if something will or wont rub is to:

1. know the offset of the wheel
2. know the exact brand, model, and size of the tire
3. the rideheight of the car and corresponding alignment figures - rear is more common to rub than front

without the above, the only thing you'll get is a guess

Like I stated before, I paid for the wheels which do fit not the used tires that I got for free and that can be replaced.

It still would be nice to know if they can fit with these tires so I'll provide this information.

1. They are offset +45 all around.
2. Hankook 275/40/20 all around
3. As far as the ride height, my car is not lowered, so it is stock height.

What do you guys think? Will this fit my car or will I have to purchase new tires?

Any input helps, I mean I've seen 22's on a lowered 350z and they fit fine.

pics of 22's on lowered z?

Good news is, if they do fit, you'll be able to ford small rivers

Just because they fit doesn't mean you should put them on. +45 offset is pretty weaksauce on what I'm guessing are 9 inch wide wheels.

Search youtube for 350z 22s, now I'm not sure if his car is lowered or his fenders are rolled.

Yep 9 inch wide wheels is correct. I was just curious to see if they fit so I could try them on without any consequences and decide for myself.
If it looks ridiculous believe me I won't hesitate to purchase new tires.

Besides I'm watching a video of a guy with 20inch axis wheels with hankook tires 275/35/20 and his car is lowered and they look great and classy.

Can 275/40/20 really be much different?
