Will my new wheels rub?
Trending Topics
I paid $500 for (4) 20 inch ruff racing wheels in nearly perfect condition. They included 4 hankook tires 275/40/20 for free.
If anything I can buy a new set of tires for my wheels, so I don't need people telling me that I "fail".
I need to measure everything when I get home but I just wanted to know if it was possible with the right offset for these wheels to fit on my car with the current tires they have on.

Shouldn't you have asked if they would fit BEFORE buying them?
Even without knowing the offset, I'm gonna guess you're gonna have fitment problems. The OD of those tires is 2" larger than the OEM rears, almost 2¾" larger than the fronts. Besides the fitment problem, that's throwing the odo/speedo off something awful.

the only way to know if something will or wont rub is to:
1. know the offset of the wheel
2. know the exact brand, model, and size of the tire
3. the rideheight of the car and corresponding alignment figures - rear is more common to rub than front
without the above, the only thing you'll get is a guess

Like I stated before, I paid for the wheels which do fit not the used tires that I got for free and that can be replaced.
It still would be nice to know if they can fit with these tires so I'll provide this information.
1. They are offset +45 all around.
2. Hankook 275/40/20 all around
3. As far as the ride height, my car is not lowered, so it is stock height.
What do you guys think? Will this fit my car or will I have to purchase new tires?
Any input helps, I mean I've seen 22's on a lowered 350z and they fit fine.

If it looks ridiculous believe me I won't hesitate to purchase new tires.
Besides I'm watching a video of a guy with 20inch axis wheels with hankook tires 275/35/20 and his car is lowered and they look great and classy.
Can 275/40/20 really be much different?
