Default Tire size opinion for track day

Hello everyone...

Im tracking the Z next week, and i have at home a set of 215 40 17 slick tires and i also got a set of 4 255 50 18 slick tires... I only have 2 18" wheels right now and i have the oportunity of buying cheap 18" oem z wheels... so my question is.. is it better to run 215 on front and 255 on back or 255 all around, im not sure if ill get to much oversteer with rwd and 255 on the front..

Z is putting like 370whp down right now..

Any thoughts?

that 255/50 is mighty tall. and i think 215's would suck. i think if you can afford 370rwhp, you need to invest in new wheels/tires

Unfortunately, getting slick tires here in Costar Rica is not easy unless I bring them from the us... so for now I only have those 2 options.. 215 on front and 255 on the rear or 255s all around

Don't run slicks then, get a nice set of Hankook RS3's for the track.
