Default are track models lower than other models

i was wondering if 350 track models come lower than the other models from the factory. the reason i am asking is because i install some lowering springs on my track model. the lowering springs claimed a 1.75" drop, but when the springs was installed the was no difference than the stock springs. so the only thing that i could think of was that the track models already came lower than the other models, someone please help

so why do you think there was no difference between the spring that claimed a 1.75" drop and my factory springs?

It's 700 MM from ground to inside lip of rear wheel well.

Like you didn't tell us who the third party springs maker.

Cheers Amy -

PS when you do slam it.. Look for thread for Adjustable Camber Rods

not doubting you. but usually just springs lower the car up to an inch. any spring that does more will kill your shocks.

the last set of springs i put on a car did not settle down to height till they got some road abuse

i'd say give it 1-2 weeks, but it usually depends on the driving conditions. some springs settle faster than other.

yeah, a good set of coil overs are going to run you 1400-2000.

but, you will be replacing your shocks for clost to that amount soon after installing lowering springs ... unfortunatly
