Default Quick response - Will these fit without rubbing issues?

I'm sure it's been asked. I've looked for the answer here and can't find but I'm in a frenzy. In a hurry and buying these tires locally before someone else buys them. I have a 2004.5 350z needing tires, especially the rears. Currently, the car has 245/45/18 all around. Set I want to buy is (4) 245/40/18. From what I can find on the net, these should work with out any issue and I don't need anything else to make these work?

Thanks.

Here is a neat link I just found. I've answered my own question. I should be fine.

245/40/18: You have decreased chassis ground clearance by 12.25 mm.
Actual speed 100 MPH. Speedometer will read 103.7 MPH.
Is this a smart idea?

If you have 245/45 all around with no rubbing then you will have no issues with 245/40 because they have a smaller sidewall.

If I'm saving a $1,100 - yea. Reason why I jumped over the sale. I'm not to concerned about .4822". Using the link above all the calcs are the same as yours except the mph is different.
