Sportline TE.6
So I just ordered some new wheels. My wife picks them up this coming Monday. Depending on the guy Mod Bargains chooses, they should be powdercoated by the time they get here. If not, I'll send em to my own guy and they should be nice and PC'ed by the end of the following week. On to the wheels...
But, Amir, why did you choose a replica? Why not go with the real thing? Believe me, I would love to. These wheels and their quality and price were just hard to beat. The load index is 725kg. I'd like to see any other rep match that. Then there's the weight, the 19x10.5" +22 is 24.6 lbs and the 19x9.5" is 23.15lbs. How many reps are that light in that same diameter, width and offset? I am gonna guess none.
I figure, why not give them a shot? We all know the real thing is hard to beat - if at all. If this wheel performs, weighs and looks almost as good at a much lower price, why not?
Updates and initial reviews along with pictures will come as soon as I get the packages. Tires are on the way as well. I went with 305/30/19 rear and 255/35/19 front.
Edit 3/7:
Order was finalized and arrangements were made so my wife can pick the wheels up. Frank's customer service is top notch. Thank again!

I'm sorry. My iPhone is being stupid. I meant to ask what did you go with for tires. The 3G keeps cutting out in my area and says the link to your thread is unavailable lol

Yeah the pickings were pretty slim for the fronts. I like the 255/35/19 but that width gets caught in the ruts here in northern AZ. I'm hoping a 265 will be just wide enough to not get pulled into a rut.

Got caught in some snow on the way home. Figured I'd post some pics from my store.
I got home and picked up my DSL-R and snapped a few. Didn't really need the tripod and it's not like my car was clean anyway

Nice! Thanks guys. The 305's were more for principle. I wanted to see if they'll fit.
They're pretty light, so I didn't really sacrifice too much compared to my F14's. I think these are overall 1lb heavier in front and it's a wash in the rear.
