Default Offset Same as Inset?

Ok, I searched but am getting frustrated. Looking at a set of Wedsport wheels and they have them listed with "Insets" is this just the same as offsets? Everything that shows up on here is referencing how much a wheel would "inset" into the fender...how does the term "inset" relate to the wheel itself? Is it the opposite of it's offset?

Looking at a 19x10.5 w/available "insets" of 15 and 24...

WTF DOES THAT MEAN. I'm assuming that's +15mm and +24mm OFFSETS??

I believe inset is just another way of saying offset.

Apparently you have a hard time reading. Everything regarding my question was in my original post. Simple question...does 15mm/24mm inset mean the same thing as offset? No link was necessary. If you have any other rude comments, please don't hesitate to take your pathetic attitude and throw it off the nearest cliff.
