Default Tire Pressure Sensors - 2003-2004 Z

Hello I have a 04 350z and the tires look like they need some air. Is there a wheel air pressure light on the dash? Or do I just got to look at the tires and judge myself?

Read this thread from the TOP 100 FAQ:

https://my350z.com/forum/3788619-post35.html

If you have a 2003-04 Performance, Track, and Touring (MT) you have TPMS installed and may read the Multi-function display on your dash for a readout

If not, you will need to buy a quality tire pressure guage like this one and do it yourself:

Those are horribly unreliable. I had 3 of them at one point and they all gave me different readings at the same time

My post was not very clear, I meant to state that we don't have the actual pressure reading like the 2005+ do, only the (!) notification.

I have actual pressure readings in my '03
Maybe I'm confused...that happens a lot. Does the 05+ have a different system?

2003-04 Performance, Track, and Touring (MT) models have it

2003-04 Base and Touring (AT) do not

My car is MT and came with Nismo exhaust and air intake is that considered in the performance category?

Can I turn the acc on and check if I have air pressure symbol?

Those parts are optional and don't designate the trim level of the Z.

If you have a low pressure warning it will show in your main gague cluster like this:

If you can actually read your pressures individually they will show on the left of the three gauges above the center waterfall here:

Thanks so much very helpful! I just filled my tires up anyways and it seems good.

In your picture, I assume the bottom readout is for the driver's side rear tire. Is it even possible that my display is reading the wrong tire? When I adjust the air pressure, in the front, the rear readout changes.

Unlike some vehicles, the sensors on the Z or set to position. Once set it will always show up on the display in the same spot, no matter where it has been swapped to by a careless installer.

My Jeep, when I rotate tires the sensor assumes it's new position in the display. Even if i install the spare.
