Default TPMS from another vehicle

So I got myself new rims, and I really don't want to dismount my old rims to get the TPMS off them. My friend said he would give me his TPMS, would these work no problem if I put them in the new rims? Do they need to be registered or should it automatically recognize them?

Are they from another 350Z? If so, then yes they will work but you will need to get them re-registered to your car.

If you're inclined, here's a DIY... https://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-...ring-tpms.html
