Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s--best deal for tires I could find with a tread pattern I liked.

Now I've gotta figure out what kind of race rubber to put on the stockers.

Default Awesome

Oh wow! That looks so good. Those are GT7s, right? You can see from my post (right next to yours) that I am on the verge of buying the same ... but I'm a little worried about the feathering issue. But so what, I suppose.

I want to thank Mike at RevHighOnline for getting me these wheels as quickly as he did--it was the waiting on backordered tires that sucked. lol Also a big thanks to the guys at NTB in Lewisville for taking such good care of my baby and her new shoes. I'm SO happy with the way they look, and now I can say I've joined the 19 club.

Enjoy the pics--only a few now, I need to get out this weekend and take some really good ones.

Wheels look great... and welcome to the 19 in club as others have said.

Just curious regarding the rear wheel gap... since you are running the S-tune sus setup. The front wheel gap looks right.

-- Are your rear tires 275-30 with 245-35 front ?

Closest matching diameters hubby and I found (compared to stock) were 245/40/19 and 275/35/19s.

350zSpeedRacer,

Those are some nice wheels!!!

The wheel/fender gap in the attached photo appear as if the Nismo S-tunes didn't even lower your car by 20mm... It still appears stock height to me.

With my stock 235/50R17(r), I have a gap of 1 3/4" between top of tire and bottom of fender. Your gap should have only been around 1". How peculiar?!?! And, you have larger diameter wheels by 8mm.

I am thinking of going with the S-tunes as well; partly for performance, and partly for slight lowering (but not too aggressive).

Thanks!

Yeah, the S Tune doesn't drop the car much, just enough so that I couldn't get the jack I was using during the install out from under the car. lol But it's awesome for the track.
