Default Wheel Hop

I notice wheelhop usually during high-revving in 2nd-3rd gears. I was thinking about installing a rear traction bar to solve this problem.

Has anyone else installed rear traction bars, and if so what were your improvements in reducing wheel hop and possibly off-the-line improvments?

If you are talking about traction bars as in the traditional type used on muscle cars, I don't think they will work with IRS. They apply to solid rear axles and not to halfshafts (IRS). I don't think there is a really GOOD fix for wheel hop on IRS cars. Vettes hop pretty bad and even Cobra owners switch back to SRA (solid rear axle) from IRS (independent rear suspension) in order to have better launch capabilities.
