Default Varrstoen lug nuts

My Varrstoen ES2s just got delievered... without lug nuts. I was wondering what size lug nuts I need. This might be a stupid question but any time I've bought wheels they've come with lug nuts. Any help would be appreciated; pics to come!

U can use stock ones no?

I know the Z's oem wheels can use tuner style lugs or reg, as long as it's same type spec like 12.5 or w/e

I was always under the impression you should never use oem lugs on after market wheels. You may want to do some research before mounting them.

The tech at the shop said the only time you can't use OEM lugs is if you're using spacers.

Search around and read about different lug nut shapes and the receiving wheel shapes, not all lugs and wheel setups should be combined.

Also not using oem lugs because of spacers doesn't make sense, the tech doesn't know anything - you should almost never ask advice from random shop techs unless the shop is very high quality and knowledgeable about your car and setup.

Wrong. Lug nuts don't even come into contact with the spacers. You need to get some 12x1.25 lug nuts and call it a day.

Thanks, I actually went to a reputable shop in the area that deals a lot with Zs and they told me to go with 12mm x 1.25 Gorilla lug nuts.

I have the Varrs 12 x 1.25 open ended lugs, in neo chrome. Love them! Steel lugs, with steel threads, means happy on and off.

To be fair....some spacers that come with installed studs are longer than OEM which will need open-ended lugs. Still a pretty silly statement to make stating that ALL cars running spacers need aftermarket lugs.

The determining factors for lugs are thread size & pitch - stud length - mating surface of lugs to wheels. A little research and common sense will answer these questions pretty quickly.

Wasn't 100% about the Matte Black, but now I'm loving them.

Tayron thanks , your location says New Zealand, I'm sure the roads are much nicer than they are here. I'm in the outskirts of NYC where pot holes and dips are literally EVERYWHERE. With that being said, I'm thinking about it hahaha

Roads here are actually pretty bad haha, it's a country basically made by volcanos and moving tectonic plates but yeah it is a pain to drive in a lowered car in crappy roads so I feel ya
