I have a serious question and I need some honest opinions. I recently mounted tires/wheels and the rear stretch is sketching me out..I will be daily driving this car and honestly I want to know flat out. Is this safe? Will I blow out? How can I prevent it. I know all the psi tricks and all the bs but seriously I'd like to hear some outside opinion.

Front: 235/35/19 19x9.5 +12
Rear:245/35/19 19x11 +15

you'll be fine 245 is a big tire even on an 11" rim. the side wall though, I don't know.

You can run a 245 on a 12 if you wanted.

It's fine (safety wise) but a proper fitted 295 would look better and be more functional.

you have stretched tires and your asking about safety? tires were not designed for this , as mentioned in above posts. proper size tires will be safer and preform better.

Should I even mount them, or should I just be patient and get a wider/taller tire so I don't bend a wheel..or you guys think I should just regulate psi around 42 and keep the bead seated.. Problem is I recently blew the wallet on repaint because we had a horrible hail storm and these tires have been purchased for almost a year so I'm just trying to work with what I've got for now. I just need to know if the tire will be able to stay seated for daily driving.

It would probably stay seated for any kind of driving you plan on doing. That's barely a stretch as far as that style goes. I've seen (see) more stretch and rubbing to the point of chord not fail, so that's not anything to even bat an eye at.

That said, take them off. If you're that paranoid about stretched tires, then it's not for you. Don't even waste the time because the first issue you have will freak you out to no end and you won't be able to enjoy your car.

We mod our cars to enhance the enjoyment of them. If you can't/don't enjoy it, then you're doing it wrong.

I think terrasmak had the best suggestion. In fact, the effective stretch you get with the 245/35 on a 9.5" wide wheel is very close to a 275/35 on a 11" wide wheel, so it will be aesthetically pleasing since your front and rear sidewall "angles" will be very similar.

Just as a reference, I ratio'd the tire width to the wheel width to make that assertion, i.e.:
245 / 9.5 = 25.8
275 / 11 = 25.0

vs. your current setup:
235 / 9.5 = 24.7
245/ 11 = 22.3

Also, 245/35/19 rear tire will throw off your speedometer / odometer / trip counter due to overall rolling diameter being ~3.5% smaller than stock. Meanwhile the 275/35/19 tire rolling diameter is within 0.5% of stock diameter.

lol you'll be fine. I'm running a 255 on an 11. If money really is a problem right now and your worried about your tires then just ride them for a little till you can afford wider tires.

On my noob days I mounted 225s on the 9.5" wide wheels (front), and attended couple of trackdays. They held up fine.

50k miles and never had a blow out or issue. People who hate on the look will say its unsafe. People who actually have tried it will most likely report no problems.

I think if one were to ask a tire manufacturer about mounting tires in a "stretched" setup, they'd advice against it and likely cite some safety concerns. Likely some CYA on their part, but also some real safety issues. Why take a chance, just for a "look"?

Hella flush...hella no. I see at least one hella flush car of one type or the other on the side of the road every week, always with a flat tire or completely mangled rim.
