Default TPMS...Dashes on display but no light on cluster??

A few months ago, i bought a used set of TPMS from the same year (04) to put in my summer wheels. The day they were installed, The multi gauge simply reads ---- across for all 4, but my tpms light on the dash has never come on. I know the multi gauge works, as my stock wheels displayed the actual pressure.
I have gone to 2 tire shops, which scan each sensor in the tire, and then plug into the obd2 port, but still nothing. anybody know how to fix this? Is there a certain pressure limit to what they can read? It seems to know the tpms is there, but can't relay the actual pressure to the gauge.....
Thanks for any input

If it helps at all, I don't even have TPMS gauges installed on my tires but I have those same dashes on the gauge. From what I've read on other posts when I looked into having them installed, the best thing to do is to take it to your dealership

Most all 3rd party TPMS tools will not work with the OEM Sensors and the ECU. You have to take it to a dealer on a shop that has the Consult system (rare for 3rd party)

I had that same issue and the DIY on here fixed it. But my new ones were clones of the OEM ones.

Followed this one: https://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-...ring-tpms.html

Can't hurt to try and save some money.
