17" OEM Wheels & Meaty Tires?

17" OEM Wheels & Meaty Tires?
Anyone rock the stock Z 17's with some meaty tires? Thoughts??? If so, pics please :-)

I may be wrong, but 245/45/17 F, and 255/45/17 R is probably the largest you could do, while staying in spec. Anyone wanna chime in?

Not a very popular setup because the 17" OEM's are pretty wimpy
I would just save for aftermarket wheels or look for a set of OEM NISMO wheels instead

Can anyone confirm? Curious since i'll be needing a new set before the winter.

As long as your stagger is greater than 1/2" and less than 1" the VDC will be happy

I honestly don't know if I'll be keeping the Z long enough to get my moneys worth out of a set of rims. I'm just thinking new tires since mine are worn and some spacers to get a nicer stance.
Anyone know what width spacers I'd have to use to get that nice flush look with the stock 17's?

Can't do much with the oe wheel widths. However, a 245/45-17 front and 255/45-17 rear will work fine. Should give you some noticeable width.
