Trying to decide which rims to pick
Hey I'm doing wheel inventory for work and I can get a set of rims for my car through work. These are the ones I've found that I like was just wondering which style, and color you think would work/ look better. My z's the le mans sunset.
Motegi Racing MR122 in black are 18x8 front; backspacing 5.87", 18x9 rear back spacing 6.38" . Off set 35mm.
Motegi Racing MR125 in black or grey are 18x8 front; backspacing 5.79", 18x9 rear; backspacing 6.30". Off set 35mm
Motegi Racing MR120 in black or silver are 18x8.5 front; backspacing 5.98", 18x9.5 rear; backspacing 6.50". Off set 32mm

try to find something with a better offset, most get a +15. the tire is wider than factory but the offsets are also around factory so the wheel will be sunk in

I figured as much, I can't find a wheel with that offset that I like. I'll try searching through wheels with out it having my car as the search option and see what else I can find with the right bolt pattern.

Since you have JDM in your user name, look at wheels made in Japan.
Nothing less that 9 inch front and 10 inch wide rears

Alright. Here's the thing though. At work I can get select tires for free as long as we get them into our facility. The biggest tire we get in is a 18x9 or 18x9.5 I can't remember off the top of my head. And the company I work for goes through tirerack for wheels for us to use for testing. So if I want free wheels I have to go through tirerack and add them to the rim order list. And I can't make them too expensive or the company won't buy them lol. I'm just looking at getting a set that I like, and can ride with for a while till I save up enough to get something better. I just want to get rid of the stockers, and I can't pass up a opportunity for free rims.

There's a guy at work that knows a lot about rims that I'm friends with. I'm going to have him help me do some measuring and calculating on these offsets so I can see what'll look like. Biggest thing for me is as long as they're out farther than the stockers i'll be happy. And I'll throw on some spacers to move them out more. Until I get the money to actually buy a really nice set of rims for it.

i wouldnt go any more than like a +27 and then throw some 10mm spacers...

If 18x9.5 is the largest you can get, then you should get that size square (all 4) with the lowest offset possible. Then buy HUBCENTRIC wheel spacers to bring the offset around ~+15 up front (maybe go a bit wider spacer in the rear to bring offset ~+5 since most run 9.5 front/10.5 rear). That should work well until you have the funds to purchase true low offset quality wheels.
Yes, all of those wheels are hideous. But if that's your choice, it's your choice. Honestly I see that Tire Rack sells Enkei (which is a great brand)... is the price too high to order on one of the lists..?

If your place of work gets wheels through tirerack why not get some enkei rpf1's instead? They're very light and strong better than those anchor weights u posted. I recommend them in 18x10.5 + 15 all round with 265/35/18 tires
