Default Price of Anniversary Wheels...

SO I have the opportunity to buy a set of anniversary wheels from someone.

They are painted pink, and the rear tires need to be replaced. The wheels from the pictures seem to have some curb rash and I'm not sure if they have TPMS. I think 2 tires might need to be replaced.

Price: $370 for all wheels and tires although condition isn't the best.

Should I buy?

I just today sold my set, in nearly-new shape for $400 w/o tires. For pink, with curb rash, you'd have to give me $400 to take them away.

Seriously, to get them stripped and repainted to look OEM, you're going to have to spend almost what they're worth. Keep looking, these are common wheels.

I can't seem to find any in my area and those I find are priced very high at $900-1200.

That's crazy money, unless they're coming with new tires. Post a WTB thread here and maybe you'll get lucky. I really think $4-500 is a fair price for Anniv. wheels in VG condition. For $1200 you can get Nismo or GT wheels. For even less money, the Track V1 wheels are also a great upgrade from stock, and all 3 are forged wheels made by Rays. Far better than buying cheap reps. Be patient.

Are you sure the pink isn't plasti-dip? If it is, they might be OK, as that crap is a lot easier to remove than paint.

I'll have to keep a look out for them. I love the look of the anniversary wheels. I'd love 370z sport wheels but they are pricey.

The pink sadly is pained on both sides of the wheel. I have painted wheels before so it's not too hard just time consuming.

Oh wow didn't know they held their value that much. I have base wheels now and I hate the look of them not to mention there is no tpms.
