Just bought a set of 19 x 8 Chrome Motegi rims, was gonna go with the Volks but got a great price on these. Wanted your opinions on the offset whether or not it was a good setup.

Is that a good setup with the Eibach Pro Kit?

 

IMO, it's not a good setup for the "Z" period. To little offset, the wheels will will sit in too far. Not sure about brake clearance, will probably be OK with regular Nissan Brakes, but not the Brembos. 8" wide wheels will keep you from putting the proper size rear tires on. Remember the Zs wheels and tires are staggered.

I have the enthusiast model with the 17's and I thought with the 17's it was setup 17x7.5 front and 17x8 back. I found a set of tires that fall into stock specs 245/35/19 front and 245/40/19 in the back. Is this still not good?? I am going to trust you guys I don't know that much when it comes to rims and tires..

 

I agree with Lowrider. Pass up the Motegis entirely and get the Volks. It just doesn't work for the Z, for reasons of sizing and offset.

 

Usually if a deal looks too good to be true, it is.
