Default new Ichiba V2 spacer nuts

Hi, guys. I bought 2 sets of Ichiba V2 spacers a while ago, and as all of us know how bad are the nuts that comes with the spacers, I also bought a new nuts for them.
They looks like that:

Lately I was doing something with the car which required me to remove spacers and somehow managed to loose couple of those nuts.
Now, I am trying to find the same nuts and no luck!
I don't remember the website I got it from, I have been searching for an hours on the internet, I have been searching threads with Ichiba V2 spacers on here just to try to see may be somebody have some info - nothing.
If anybody knows where to look for, please let me know! I am tired of searching and don't know where to look.
The funny thing is that I found those nuts within 15 min last time, but it was like 6 years ago.

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/gor-30027/overview/ - ended up ordering those, way better than Ichiba nuts.
