I have a 04 Infiniti G35 coupe, and I replaced the front wheel hub assemblies. I want to know if the rear hub assemblies are the same as the front. they look and mount the same. The car is rear wheel drive.

 

No, they are different

 

Rear hub bearings will require a bearing splitter to extract the hub, and a press to reinstall into the new hub bearing. You could do the freeze the hub and heat the bearing method but I don't like super heating bearings.
