Default Volk TE37 question

I have an 07 roadster and am thinking about purchasing a set of TE37's but have some concerns on fitment. I've been looking to go square, which these would do, but will I have any issues going with this setup: 18 x 9, offset +28 and come with 245 40 18 already mounted.

It'll fit but the rear tires are nearly an inch too short.

If you have VDC, it might not like the wheel speed imbalance. Would recommend swapping rear tires for same make tires in 275/40.
