Im not in college i just never bought wheels for a car..... every car i bought always had really nice wheels even the track wheels are nice i get compliments everyday until i tell them its factory wheels and they loooked shoocked.... not the 08 track the 04.... my car is really simple but awesome all i want is an aggressive fitment and retain my speed.......
In all seriousness ... you can have 'show' or you can have 'go' ... you cant have both...
do whatever you want - it's your car and overall your decision -
if you want the speed/control/braking/handle'ing/performance aspect - just keep the OEM track wheels ... you'll spend quite a bit of money ($1500 - $2000) to save a few lbs over the OEM track wheels.
if you want the 11" wheel sporting an 8" tire, and all cambered out, than thats cool too - but you will lose 90% of the speed/control/braking/handle'ing/performance aspect of the car.
The cambered out 11" wheel and 8" tire is polar opposite of anything performance related...You dont see SCCA, NASA, Formula1, any manufactures racing teams doing the 11" wheel / 8" tire / a million degrees of negative camber - and thats bc it doesnt help the car in the performance realm ...
now, do whatever you want!
