Question Noob tire wish. Your help please.

This is what I want.

SSR Comp-H 18'' Anthracite. x4.
Michelin Pilot Sport 225 &245/45-18.
W/ tps installed.
Balanced.
Delivered to my door, ready to put on my car.

Can anyone advise of a vender willing to do this?
Or, do you think I'm smoking crack?

Please critique my choice too, I won't take it personal.
I'm trying to learn about tires.

I saved for TT, but waiting to see JWT. Money getting hot... burning hole in my pocket...

Give Paul at Avalon Racing a call. I know he handles SSR, and most likley Michelin also. Avalon is a sponsor on this site. Another would be Tire Rack.

Your tire sizes seem small. why not go 245 & 275 and upgrade?

Check Tire Rack. They have some nice deals on SSR's and have them in large width's. I personally would get the 18x9's in the front and 18x10.5 in the rear. For tires, I would go with 255 or 265/35/18 in the front and 285/35/18 rear

Call Tirerack www.tirerack.com. Not sure they can install the TPS unless you send a set to Tirerack.

And, for tires, get 245/40-18 front and 275/40-18 rear.... they are the correct sizes for going wider.

Cheers,

PeteH
