Your question is too open-ended. What diameter wheel are you looking at - 18", 19"?

Once you narrow that down, it would be easier to recommend offsets.

Are you planning on rolling the fenders?

Same as other recent tire question....

9.5 +22 w/ 245/40-18 F
10.5 +22 w/ 275/40-18 R

+15 works well but 8 of 10 cases, a roll of the guards is called for.

No poke. Takes really low offset and/or really wide tires to cause poke.

Following are a few of the wheels either naturally around 22mm or spaced down to 22 or lower. All are 19" unless noted (the only thing to study here is the width and offset.) Car is lowered conservatively (19mm), factory camber settings.

Volk SF Winning
19x9.5 +19 245/35-19
19x10.5 +9 275/35-19

Enkei/AME TM-02
19x9.5 +22 with 255/35-19
19x10.5 +22 with 285/35-19

Rear

Nismo LMZ-5
19x9 +20 (spaced) 245/35-19
19x10 +23 275/35-19

RPF1
18x9.5 +15 245/40, 275/40-18

Nismo LMGT5
19x9.5 +20 (spaced) 255/35-19
