I put my on my new wheels and know that it seems that once they are in they are in for good. But can they be stolen easily with a screwdriver, small pry bar or something?

 

Like you, I had to really hammer mine in. I don't think anyone would want to steal them. They're not that pretty by themselves, but who knows. If they want them, they're going to get them no matter what you do.

 

on my te37s same thing, had to use a rubber mallet. didnt seem possible to remove them without either destroying rim and cap, or taking the rim off.
